Here are some frequently asked questions. If you are wondering about anything not found here, please don’t hesitate to contact us.

New families can register here and returning families can enroll their students for the term in the parent portal.

Registration is the process of entering your information into our system. Once you have registered with us, you can enroll your student in classes through the parent portal.

Yes! Partial and full bursaries are available for all classes and camps based on demonstrated financial need. Please click here for more information and to apply.

We do have a waitlist for each class. If your class is sold out we encourage you to add your child’s name to the class waitlists, which can be found upon enrolment within the Parent Portal.

For our classes specifically designed for children, we ask that parents not attend the class with their child. High definition cameras are installed in all studios, which will be displayed on a television monitor in the lobby area for viewing. We believe that it is essential for the student’s development of self-confidence to participate in class independently. There are many great coffee shops, restaurants, and grocery stores within walking distance of the Academy.

There is no refund for missed classes. Missed classes may be made up in a class of the same level or lower during the week immediately following the missed class if available.

In the event that a class does not meet its minimum enrollment, this class will be cancelled. Students enrolled in cancelled classes will be transferred to the same offering in another time slot, with no administration Transfer Fee. Should the cancelled class not be offered at another time during the term, students will be entitled to a refund or a credit of the class amount.
